African Versatile Safaris Ltd is a fully
registered Tours and Travel Company in Uganda. Our terms and conditions have
been approved by the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Industry. They are
suited for efficient and quality services:
Payments
shall be done in Dollars, Euros, Pound Sterling or the local Uganda shillings.
For
Packages and Safaris, a 50% deposit of the total amount shall be required to be
transferred to our company account three to four weeks in advance before
commencement of the tour. The balance will in turn be forwarded not later
than 2 weeks before commencement of the tour.
All
official receipts shall be faxed back immediately upon receiving the money and
letter of confirmation for you with all the details sent to your address.
It should
be noted that Gorilla permits need prior bookings for at least three months
earlier. Though in some circumstances our company can secure bulk permits
in our account for late bookings, it is recommended always to book in advance
regarding the above.
The
company shall not be liable for any flight delays by the airlines during in
bound and outbound of the tourists.
Cancellations
done in less than 3 weeks will receive a refund of 50% of the paid amount.
All tourists are expected to have taken medical check ups before arrival and those
on hiking expeditions should be in good physical conditions.
